What this site collects, and what happens to it.

When you send the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to our email provider so a person at Espitia can read it and reply. If you write to us directly, we have your email.

There is no analytics on this site, no advertising and no cookie set by us. Nothing counts you and nothing follows you to another site, which is why there is no consent banner.

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include an IP address and the page requested, for a short period. They are used to keep the site secure and running, not to build a picture of you.

The contact form saves your draft in this browser as you type, and keeps a copy of a message until our email provider accepts it, so nothing is lost if the connection drops. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to read those saved copies. Clearing this site's browser storage removes them.

Resend delivers submitted messages by email. To stop abuse of the form, Upstash keeps a hashed form of your network address and a request count for ten minutes. We never add you to a mailing list, never sell your information, and these providers process it only to run the form.

A message is kept while the conversation is live and afterwards only for as long as our record keeping obligations require. If it becomes part of a sale, lease or tenancy, it is kept as a business record for as long as the law requires.

• A copy of everything we hold about you.
• A correction of anything that is wrong.
• Deletion of anything we are not required by law to keep.
• A complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au if we have not put something right.
