Who we are
Private capital, invested in buildings people use every day.
Espitia acquires residential and commercial property and manages it directly. We look for buildings that have been underinvested in, bring them up to date, and then keep them that way.
The idea is simple. A tenant who is well looked after stays longer and treats the place as their own, and a building that is maintained holds its value. Doing right by the people in our properties and doing right by the property are the same work.
How we own

We own for the long term
We buy to hold. Every decision about a building is made by people who expect to own it for years, so the cheap fix that fails in two is never the easy answer.

We invest our own capital
Espitia is privately owned. There is no outside fund to answer to and no pressure to sell at the wrong time, which leaves us free to spend where a property needs it.

We fix things properly
Up to date services, sound fittings and finishes that last. Work is done once and done right, by trades we know.

We stay close to our tenants
A tenant who can reach the owner gets a quicker answer. We keep the line short between the people in a building and the people who own it.
